Provide direct care to residents supporting and promoting their independence choice, dignity and overall wellbeing. Care will be provided in line with each resident’s Personal Care Plan. Provide ongoing support for the residents, their family and the Care Services Team. Ensure all equipment is stored in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and is cleaned and stored appropriately after use. Participate in resident activities and events held at the Signature home. Closely monitor and report on residents’ daily progress, ensuring all observations and interventions are recorded on MCM and verbally escalated to a Care Supervisor.

Attend initial and update mandatory training as required. Actively engage in personal professional supervision including quarterly one-to-one meetings and a yearly performance review, ensuring personal professional knowledge and competency is maintained. Work within contracted hours or sign an opt-out clause under Working Time Directives, ensuring that the daily work rota is completed within the agreed timescale and hygiene standards are met. Collect, clean and redistribute the home’s laundry and residents’ clothing. Sort washing, dry and iron linen and residents’ clothing to a high standard always, adhering to the washing and ironing instructions on the garments. Transport supplies including clean and soiled linen to the appropriate storage area, ensuring the Infection Control policy is always followed.

Assess the needs of students with SEN and create individualised education plans (IEPs). Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of each student. Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Monitor and report on the progress of students. Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and external professionals to support student development.

Supervise children during play activities and ensure their safety. Plan and organise a variety of age-appropriate activities. Encourage children’s creativity and imagination through play. Help children develop social skills and positive relationships. Maintain a clean and safe play environment. Liaise with parents and caregivers about their children’s activities and progress.

Assist with the planning and delivery of educational activities. Provide personal care to children, including feeding and changing diapers. Supervise children during play and learning activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Help with the preparation of meals and snacks. Communicate with parents and caregivers about their child’s day.

Driving and Operating the Food Truck Safely drive the food truck to various locations, set it up for service, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Upselling and Promoting the Business Actively upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales, while engaging customers to build brand loyalty and encourage repeat business. Commission and Referral Tracking Promote referral programs and track any commission or referral bonuses earned through new customer referrals or increased sales. Preparing and Serving Food Assist in food preparation and ensure orders are prepared and served efficiently, maintaining a high standard of quality.

Packing products into boxes or containers according to company standards. Labelling and sealing packages for shipment or storage. Organizing and stacking items on pallets or shelves. Inspecting products for damage or defects before packing. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the packing area. Always following safety procedures and guidelines.

General Repairs: Fixing doors, windows, locks, and minor plumbing or electrical issues. Painting & Decorating: Patching walls, painting, and minor renovations. Carpentry Work: Installing shelves, assembling furniture, and repairing wooden fixtures. Plumbing & Electrical Maintenance: Unclogging drains, fixing leaks, replacing light fixtures, and troubleshooting minor electrical issues. Grounds Maintenance: Lawn care, gutter cleaning, and outdoor repairs. Equipment & Appliance Maintenance: Inspecting and repairing small appliances or office equipment.
