Expert Butchery Skills: Perform advanced cutting, deboning, trimming, grinding, and portioning of meat to meet customer or business specifications. Product Presentation: Ensure that meat products are prepared, displayed, and packaged attractively. Specialty Cuts: Handle custom or specialty cuts for customers or restaurant needs. Quality Control: Inspect meat quality, ensuring freshness, proper texture, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Support the Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef and other catering staff to manage and deliver all catering services throughout the home, ensuring that resident choice, dignity, confidentiality and safety are maintained. Prepare nutritional food and beverages to a high standard, as directed by the Head Chef, promptly and in accordance with agreed mealtimes.

Manage the overall operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and high-quality service. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and enhancing the dining experience.
